4^th CPC increase Minimum pay 27.6% 

5^thCPC  increase Minimum pay 31.0%

6^th CPC increase Minimum pay 54.0%

7^th CPC increase Minimum pay 14.29% only.

The MOF clearly indicates no changes in minimum pay at present.
