Ref: Letter No.DPS/M&BD/Union Dlgs dated 07-4-2017 of the O/O  the Chief PMG,  TN.Circle, Chennai-600002.

With reference to the letter cited above  I submit the following reply  on behalf of  my Divisional/Branch  union.

For  point  2(I)- Membership list countersigned by the SPOs/DDO   enclosed.

2 (II), (III), (IV) - The Adhoc committee was appointed   by the General secretary  for the maximum period of  three months with the only agenda for holding the  election to the Circle union.  That Adhoc Committee was challenged by the Circle union in the Hon. High Court  Of  Madras. The Adhoc Committee, though appointed for  the maximum  period of three months, was  allowed to continue  beyond three months by the Court  Order during the pendency of the  Case in  Hon.High Court, but at the same time the, Adhoc Committee was prevented by the  Court from holding the  election to the Circle union. As the circle union issue was under litigation, till the outcome of the Court Case the remittance of Quota  did not arise. On these lines , the reply was also given already  to the lapsed Adhoc Committee.  As of now, the  committee headed by you have taken the action to conduct the  election to the Circle union, our Divisional/Branch union is ready  to remit the quota to the newly elected body. Hence it is requested that ,the points relating to remittance of quota may please be waived. But at the same time, we are ready to contribute towards the election day expenses.
