In
connection with Para 3 (b) of your under reference, it is submitted that after proper conduct of
election at Kanchipuram few persons have raised dispute due to which Adhoc Committee
– Court cases went on. Since there was
court cases we have not remitted Circle Quota to even the elected Circle body or the Adhoc
Committee. Now the Honourable High Court
of Madras has directed the Circle
Administration to nominate a committee to conduct the circle level election of National
Association of Postal Employees, Group – ‘C ‘ (FNPO P3). If a member of the
nominated committee of the Circle Administration constituted for the purpose of
election process be designated to collect the Quota of subscription and communicated to us before conduction of election, we are
ready to pay Quota of subscription according to the union constitution.
