2)21st Bihar Circle Conferece of NAPE-C &NUGDS was held on28thfeb to March1, 2016. Conference was inaugurated by D.Kishan Rao General Secretary NAPE-CC.   B.K.Mishra reelected as  C/S P-III, FNPO affiliated Circle secretaries, SGFNPO, PU.Muralidharan,G.S.NUGDS& ASG FNPO B.Shivakumar addressed the conference.
