The Postal JCA will meet on 16/11/2016 to at NFPE office to discuss the following issues.
1) Change in benchmark for Promotion and MACP.
2) Changes in Mail delivery.
3) Cadre restructuring (RMS, Circle& Regional offices, SBCO&MMS)
4) The recent developments in the Department.
Our future course of action will be decided after discussion.
2)Postal banking an investment worth delivering.
postal banking is a great idea because it brings branches to all corners of the country and give hugely profitable big banks some needed competition.
